1. Attend to enquiry and complaint by our custoꦚmer in a courteous and helpful manner.

  • Acknowledgement of receipt                      : within 24 hours
  • Response to enquiry / complaint               : within 3 working days
  • Closure of complaint on our service          : within 2 months

2. Ensure that testing, inspection and certificatioღn services are provided effici⛦ently.

  • Quotation for common services to be issued within 2 to 5 working days.
  • Test report to be issued within the time frame stated in our quotation.
  • Licence for Product Certification without outstanding issues to be renewed and issued before expiry date.
  • Certificate for Management System Certification to be renewed and issued within 2 working days from resolution of outstanding issues.

3. Uphold confiden൲tiality, impartiality and integrity in all o𒅌ur conducts. We appreciate and value all constructive comments in the fulfillment of this Client Charter.
